    Executive Director

    The International Executive Director serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the sorority. The position is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the sorority by working with the International Grand Basileus and the International Board of Directors to establish and implement long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. The International Executive Director is responsible for the overall direction, engagement and performance coaching of the International Headquarters Management Team. Additionally, the International Executive Director directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and vendors and coordinates with other functions of the organization. The International Executive Director also reviews and recommends actions necessary to maintain and improve the organization’s websites and social media presence and communication.



    Accounting Specialist

    The Accounting Manager oversees all compliance with regulatory authorities and recognition for contracts and grants. S/he reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director and Grand Tamiochus (National Treasurer) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget preparation and management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Accounting Manager works with the International Grand Basileus (International President) and Grand Tamiochus in developing and monitoring the sorority's operational and conference budgets. S/he partners with the senior leadership and provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. As the Accounting Manager, s/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace. The ideal candidate will have a history progressive financial leadership, with a focus on financial reporting, process controls and account reconciliation; and is a skilled QuickBooks user.  In addition to the experience noted, the candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting or finance with 3-5 years of relative experience. CPA designation is a plus.






  • Fall 2017 Office Support (September - November), Volunteer Position

    The volunteer(s) will provide ICHQ support for a minimum of five consecutive days to prepare and allow for Boule, and new Sorority year preparation or execution. As a volunteer, this role will assist the staff with communication, mailing of materials, shipping and handling, phone support, data entry, membership research and customer service. The ideal candidate should be a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. due to the sensitive nature of the work involved. Based on performance and length of assistance, a member may be provided a nominal stipend for assistance.
