IF you know that you already have an online account with us that is inactive, please submit a help desk ticket with us letting us know that you want to Reactivate and providing us with as much information as you can (such as your Member ID, your Full Name, Maiden Name, Previous Chapter, etc).
If you do NOT have a previously active online account, simply click NEXT and let's get started completing a simple form.
